Lots of instruments available to practice on! Prices are unbeatable! Saw multiple electric guitars for less than $150! Staff was more than willing to accommodate our musical needs and answer any questions we had. Kyle at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on guitar picks! Thanks Kyle! (Also gave free mini Jesus’ 10/10 would recommend) My friends and I will be returning for future instrumental needs.

Big Apple Music is hands down the best audio company I've found in the Syracuse area. Vinny and Joe are knowledgeable, professional, and provide exceptional customer service. They installed a sound system on my boat, and the results exceeded my expectations. In fact, I had a sound system installed on a different boat by another company the year before, and it didn't come close to the sound quality or level of service I received from Big Apple Music. What really sets them apart is their commitment to their customers after the sale. About a month after the installation, a family member accidentally performed a factory reset, which caused issues with the system. Vinny and Joe quickly stepped in to help, came directly to my boat, and resolved everything without hesitation. It's rare to find a company that combines top-quality workmanship with outstanding customer support, but Big Apple Music does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for marine audio or electronics installations.

I was disappointed with my experience at Big Apple Music. I purchased a beginner Fender guitar for my niece for around $300. It was the floor model, and although there was a box available, I was told I couldn’t have it (“uh ya we don’t do that here”) That was frustrating, especially since I was paying full price. The biggest issue, however, was the checkout. As I was walking to the register, one employee called out to another, “Go get her a gig bag.” Since I was buying the floor model and wasn’t getting the box, I naturally assumed the gig bag was being included. Instead, it was added to my bill without anyone asking if I wanted to purchase it. I only realized something was wrong when my total was about $50 higher than I expected. The gig bag was also branded with the store’s logo, so I would have been paying to advertise the business. I returned it immediately. I don’t expect anything for free, but I do expect clear communication. A simple, “Would you like to add a gig bag for $50?” would have avoided the entire misunderstanding. I just love Big Apple Music. I bring my teen aged kids there every few months to check out and play new instruments that Big Apple adds to their stock. The team there is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They don't mind if we are just hanging out to check out new gear, or if we're buying a new instrument. Either way, they are always there for support.....never pushy.

Wow, Big Apple did a great job with the tint on my new truck. Had it done in an hour and I was able to make an appointment the day after I called. Vinny was great to deal with. Thank you!
